- Was cast in The 40 Year Old Virgin because she was skilled as an actress as well as her skills as a waxer, to avoid a non-acting waxer from cracking up too much. Miki still had trouble holding back her laughter.
- Is a full-time actress, but also spends time helping out at her aunt's beauty salon, waxing people, when she can.
