Julián Goyoaga was born in Montevideo, Uruguay. He is a director, producer, editor and writer, graduated from the 'Escuela de Cine del Uruguay' (ECU, Uruguayan Cinematheque). Together with Germán Tejeira, Julián founded the Raindogs Cine production company in order to produce and promote animated, fiction and documentary films. Julián produced Anina (2013), Una noche sin luna (2014), Luz de obra (2023) and directed Roslik y el pueblo de las caras sospechosamente rusas (2017), El hombre muerto (2009) among other works.
