Anish Majumdar is a dynamic actor whose journey spans continents, mediums, and has at its center a deep passion for storytelling. Born in Montreal, Canada to Bengali and Romani-Gypsy roots, his love of performance sparked early and led to standout work in The Fountain (Darren Aronofsky, Warner Bros.), The Festival (IFC), and acclaimed voice roles in animated series like Rescue Heroes and Braceface.

Off-screen, Anish is an award-winning independent journalist and author of The Isolation Door, a powerful novel inspired by his family's real-life experiences with mental illness. Since moving to the U.S. in 2006, he's built a thriving family life with his wife Erin and their three sons-Mickey, Henry, and Teddy-while continuing to evolve as an actor grounded in truth, vulnerability, and joy.
