William Tempel was born in the Midwest, grew up on the east coast and has the best qualities of both. A tireless, yet easy going work ethic and an effortless ability to drop into the moment. He has studied with Dr. Lawrence Tretler, Richard Barron and Ms. Salome Jens....the attention to craft instilled by these professionals shows through in crisp, layered performances that are a joy to experience. Was a professional chef of great renown, having been on the faculty of Le Cordon Bleu and the Art Institute of Los Angeles where he was an Accredited Chef Instructor in the Art of Garde Manger and American Regional Cuisine, and an avid ice carver.

Was one of the youngest FCC licensed professional radio Broadcasters in the United States. He worked as full time air staff at Kfiv Modesto, the station depicted in "American Graffiti".

Is an honorably discharged Veteran of the Us Army and Us Army reserves serving as a squad leader trained in Forward Observation and Combat Engineering, and is a graduate of the US Army Field Artillery School holding a top secret security clearance.
