Nirmiti Sawant is a highly regarded Indian actress, primarily celebrated for her work in Marathi cinema, television, and theatre, especially in the realm of comedy. Sawant began her career in the early 1990s and quickly rose to prominence as a formidable comedic talent.She gained widespread recognition for her iconic character, Gangubai, in the immensely popular Marathi daily soap and play, Kumari Gangubai Non-Matric (2004-2006).
