Demetres Anagnostopoulos

Demetres was born on October 7th, 1954 in Athens, Greece and he spent his childhood at Aigio Peloponisos. From early years he developed a big love for nature , flowers , birds , sea , books and movies . His father bought him his first Tv. Demetres spent the early years of his life just observing the nature , reading books about stars and planets and embracing every moment as a child . He loved sneaking inside Cinemas and watch movies . At the age of 18 he left Greece for Boston where he studied Economics following the steps of his father and took his Degree. However his love for cinematography , art , music and nature make him flew to LA and become a really talented Director and Producer . After 10 years he came back to his roots and met his lovely wife Helen. His daughters Lida and Niove followed his passion for art . Lida became a singer and Niovi studied Fashion Photography and videography.

Demetres was an internationally experienced producer and director with a successful track record in the entertainment industry and the Media. Combining creative talent with financial and technical expertise, has al-ways meet the tough demands of television production, to deliver on time and on budget. He has collaborated with world class television networks, the history channel , travel channel , discovery science , and produces shows for Greek television for over 20 years and audiovisual productions for Government Ministries and Agencies, Museums, Municipalities and Private Enterprises. He had won Prizes in Greek and International Documentary Festivals. He had a passion for new technologies and their media applications. With excellent communication skills and at times, has taught media subjects to students in colleges and universities.

He will always be an amazing human being and an amazing artist who really loved nature , music and above all he put love in everything he created
