  • At five-year-old in 2003, he joined in the "Eat... Bulaga!" contest, "That's My Boy." He lost but got the Best in Costume award. However, Eat Bulaga producer later hired him as the child talent, the first since the time of Ice Seguerra in late 80s.
  • While auditioning for GMA's "StarStruck Kids", he was spotted by a talent caster. He convinced his mother to take him to VTR sessions in various advertising agencies. He waited for about five months before he was given his first commercial.
  • Become popular via the detergent bar commercial in which he played the boy named Tolits who uttered "Ako na lang palagi" (It is always be me) in school. It was in that commercial that he become more recognized as his character Tolits than his real name.
