Fuyuka Oura, professionally known as Fuyuka Ono since 2016, is a Japanese voice actress from Sapporo, affiliated with Green Note.She is known for starring as Kei Oumi in Twin Spica, Geo Stelar/Subaru Hoshikawa in Mega Man Star Force, Toshiya in Major, Hiro Hiyorimi in Princess Resurrection, Dan Bashin in Battle Spirits Brave, and Yuuko Sagiri in Triage X, and also for voicing Ren Elsie Jewelria in To Love Ru and Eve in Fairy Tail.

In March 2016, she changed her name from "Fuyuka Oura," which was her maiden name (her real name), to "Fuyuka Ono.".

She announced her own marriage on her blog on July 25, 2011.

On August 31, 2021, she left Across Entertainment, and on October 12 of the same year, she transferred to Green Note, an office headed by Eri Sendai.

On August 6, 2013, she reported the birth of a baby girl, also on her blog.
