- Milena Velba was born on July 19, 1970 in Ústí nad Labem, Czechoslovakia, during when Czechoslovakia was a Soviet-controlled communist country. Velba was born and grew up in an industrial town near the border with East Germany. As a girl, Velba played with many boys in her neighborhood. Velba's father worked as a building-engineer. When Velba hit puberty, she began developing at a rapid rate. Velba's chest began growing a lot and fast. As a teenager, Velba unintentionally attracted many boys. In college, Velba studied chemical science, philosophy and sociology. She also worked in her father's company. In 1997, Velba moved to Germany, because the standard of living was higher there than in the Czech Republic.
