- Jacqueline Guido is a Los Angeles-based actor originally from San Diego, California. She is the daughter of immigrant farm workers from Guanajuato, Mexico and works across film, television, theater, and voice-over.
In addition to her acting career, Jacqueline is a writer, director, and producer. She is the founder of One Giant Ovary Productions. Her projects include Juan the Brave, Revelación, Abuelo's Ashes, MoleGuan, Chicanitas Poderosas, and Coyolxauhqui's Rising. She also wrote, directed, and produced three documentaries honoring poet and scholar Francisco Bustos, bracero Clemente Beleche, and farmworker Antonio Calderón, all acquired by the San Diego Media Arts Center.
Her writing has been published in Chicanas At Play. She was part of the cast of the Imagen Award-winning live theatrical production 8 Ways to Say I Love My Life and Mean It, which received the Imagen Award for Best Live Theatrical Production. In recognition of her artistic and community contributions, the City of San Diego proclaimed September 16 as Jacqueline Guido Day.
Jacqueline is a member of SAG-AFTRA.
