Mint Condition is an American R&B recording group formed in the early-1980s and based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The group was signed to Perspective Records in 1989 after Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis saw the group's performance at the historic music venue First Avenue in Minneapolis. The group recorded and released their debut album "Meant to Be Mint" in 1991, which produced the hit single Mint Condition: Breakin' My Heart (Pretty Brown Eyes) (1991).
