Biography

Rob is a producer, director, cinematographer, and actor based in the southeast. With a career spanning multiple decades, starting in New York City, he worked his way up in the industry, quickly developing his video and film production skills - on both sides of the camera.

After a stint at CBS Sports, Rob became a studio manager at one of NYC's top acting schools. He further honed his craft by pursuing various directing and producing opportunities.

Rob's work has been featured on CBS, VH1, HBO, Lifetime, The History Channel, NatGeo, Spike TV, and many other networks and businesses. As founder of RS Media Group, Rob leads a nationwide team of skilled production professionals.

Rob's ability to produce, direct, and shoot stunning visuals has earned him a reputation as a highly skilled and respected professional in the industry. His work has been recognized by industry insiders and audiences alike, and he continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in an ever-expanding media universe.

In his producing and directing career Rob has won Telly Awards and National Education Media Awards for his work on TV commercials, documentary work on the series "Hilton Head Island: A Television History", and for producing instructional sports videos.

In 1994 won an Addy Award for his production of a 30 second PSA titled "Back to Church".

As of 2018, Rob Springer works as an actor and director/producer based in Atlanta, GA.

Rob regularly shoots and directs Elysian Magazine interview segments around the country. These "Inspiring Women" segments feature the nation's top women in business, politics and lifestyle.
