Streaming Stars, Then and Now

Tim Morton started out in the mumblecore scene working with the likes Kentucker Audley, Lena Dunham, Greta Gerwig, Morgan Jon Fox, and Joe Swanberg. At the 2010 South By Southwest Film Festival he premiered in Pilgrim Song from Martha Stephens, his first starring role. In the musical Pleased to Meet Me, he was a member of an ensemble cast that included real life musicians such as Aimee Mann, John Doe, and Loudon Wainwright III. In 2015 he starred in the Civil War era Men Go To Battle from Kate Lyn Sheil and Zachary Treitz, which won awards at the Tribeca Film Festival. 2016 saw the release of New Cops, an experimental project, made with longtime collaborators David Maloney and Jimmy Kustes.
