Adam Raia is an award-winning television producer known for creating compelling stories and producing large-scale competition and reality programming. Over the course of his career, he has worked on some of the industry's most recognizable franchises, including Dancing with the Stars, MasterChef, The Masked Singer, American Gladiators, Star Search, Domino Masters, and Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars.
Born and raised in New York City, Adam studied Film and Television at The School of Visual Arts before beginning his career as a camera operator. After working on series such as The Bachelor and Run's House, he transitioned into producing and went on to spend 16 years with Dancing with the Stars, producing more than 200 episodes across multiple seasons.
Today, Adam develops and produces unscripted series for broadcast, cable, streaming, and digital platforms, specializing in competition formats, large-scale event television, and character-driven storytelling.
