It's an academy that helps to prepare hairstylists, barbers, makeup artists, wardrobe stylists, set photographers and stunt performers to work in Hollywood. The academy is also a continuing educational facility that teaches Textured hair and makeup to those wanting to dig deeper and to prefect their craft. Rhonda was also the Haircraft President for Local 706 Makeup artist and Hairstylist Guide for a number of years. As well she sat on the Board of Trustees. Due to Rhonda opening her academy and wanting to help prepare more BIPOC to work in this industry she decided to step down from her positions. Rhonda was also a winner of a Guild award and nominated for an Emmy.
