Father - Aleksandr Yakovlevich Tolmatsky (born May 12, 1960), a disc jockey at the Hammer and Sickle Factory Culture House, since 1987 - producer, founder of Next (2005) radio, since 2011 - general producer of A-One TV channel. For personal reasons, in the last 15 years of his life, Kirill did not communicate with his father. Mother - Irina Tolmatskaya (born October 14, 1963), medical administrator. Studied in Switzerland, graduated from the British International School in Moscow. Kirill has a sister on the father of Anfisa (born April 15, 2009 in his father's second marriage) and brother Fyodor.

- Was estranged from his father Aleksandr Tolmatskiy for 14 years (since he left his mother for another woman) until his death. His father met his grandson Antoniy Tolmatskiy only on son's funeral on February 6, 2019 when the boy was already 13 years old.

In 2015, in an interview with the Voronezh news agency "Gallery Chizhov" he reiterated the words about his plans.

Based on data from earlier interviews and Detsl recordings, many fans publicly on the Web expressed their disbelief in the demise of their idol.
