Alisha Gaddis is known for Lishy Lou and Lucky Too (2013), Mad Men (2007) and Scrubs (2001). She has been married to Lucky Diaz since May 12, 2012.

Alisha became the the first American, alongside her husband Lucky Diaz, to win a Latin Grammy in the Children's Category in 2013. She was awarded as the artist and producer. They were nominated again in 2015.

Alisha won an Emmy for Best Performer in 2015 for her work as 'Lishy Lou' on the Emmy Award winning show, "Friday Zone.".
