- Gary Wilson was born in October 1953 in Endicott, New York, USA. He is a composer and actor, known for Gary Wilson: Kiss Me Once and I'll Kiss You Twice (2024), Gary Wilson: October Nights (2023) and The Absence of Milk in the Mouths of the Lost (2023).
- Teamed up with former Hammer movie queen Caroline Munro on a three-track CD single with the hopes of releasing a broader collection of songs. Ironically, both Wilson and Munro are veterans of the Numa Records label.
- In May 2008, Wilson's website announced that his new record Lisa Wants To Talk To You is arriving soon.
- Lapsed into obscurity until the late 90s, when Beck was heard citing him as an influence, most notably in his hit single "Where It's At". In the early 2000s, Motel Records began a search to find the reclusive musician. He was eventually found through contacting ex-band members. He was nearly 50 years old, working part-time at The Jolar Cinema adult theater, and playing keyboard in a weekly lounge act.
- Began playing keyboards in a band called Lourde Fuzz at age 13. They cut a single when he was only in the eighth grade. The group even earned a spot on a bill opening for The 1910 Fruit Gum Company.
- Proficient in guitar, bass, drums, piano and cello by the time he entered grade school, his idols included Dion DiMucci (aka Dion), Bobby Rydell and Fabian.
