The Swiss/Australian siblings Diego Baldenweg with Nora Baldenweg & Lionel Baldenweg are a multi award winning composer team.

The three time World Soundtrack Award nominees are a unique voice in film music with a talent to compose compelling music in different styles for different genres. Their portfolio includes a diverse roster of films like the Oscar nominated LA FEMME ET LE TGV starring Jane Birkin, THE LITTLE WITCH (Disney / Studiocanal), HEAD FULL OF HONEY (Warner Bros USA) starring Nick Nolte, Matt Dillon & Emily Mortimer and Robert Lorenz's IN THE LAND OF SAINTS & SINNERS (Samuel Goldwyn / Netflix UK / Amazon Prime) starring Liam Neeson, Kerry Condon and Ciarán Hinds. They have also composed the music to the TV series THE UNLISTED (ABC/Netlfix), ITCH (ABC/BBC) and BORN TO SPY (ABC/BBC).

The typical Baldenweg sound revolves around orchestral compositions and arrangements, emotional and memorable themes, rhythmical grooves and ambient textures often with a subtle use of vocals and electronic sounds. In their team Diego is the main composer while Nora and Lionel creatively complement him as co-composers. Lionel further manages their productions making sure to keep their mutual vision together. Nora brings the female perspective into their process and is the creative bridge between the brothers. The Baldenwegs are respected for their collaborative spirit and strong sense of dramaturgy and have worked with many acclaimed musicians, top orchestras, music directors and conductors like maestro David Zinman, Maria Nemcova, Pepe Lienhard, Paavo Järvi, Kevin Griffiths, Roberto González-Monjas, Daniel Hope and Dirk Brossé.

They are voting members of the World Soundtrack Academy, Society of Composers & Lyricists, Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts, Swiss Film Academy and the European Film Academy.
