Naomi Christie is a Vietnamese-American director and writer. She earned her MFA in directing at the American Film Institute (AFI) in 2021. Her AFI thesis film, Object of Desire, earned her the DGA Student Film Award for Best Asian American Director (2023). Her films have screened in festivals including Cannes, Hollyshorts and the UTA Next Gen Showcase.
