Biography

João Miguel was born on January 1, 1970 in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. He is an actor and writer, known for Estomago: A Gastronomic Story (2007), Cute, But Ordinary (2013) and Cinema, Aspirins and Vultures (2005).

João grew up in an environment surrounded by art. His father, Domingos Leonelli, was a theater producer in the 1960s. His mother, Magali Serrano, is a visual artist.
