Biography

Tim Mälzer was born on January 22, 1971 in Elmshorn, Germany. He is an actor and producer, known for Ratatouille (2007), Kitchen Impossible (2014) and Schmeckt nicht gibt's nicht (2003).

His unconventional style made him Germany's most popular TV cook. He is often compared to Jamie Oliver.

Was an apprentice at the famous Hotel Ritz in London. In 2002, he took over the restaurant "Das Weiße Haus" in Hamburg, which became a tourist attraction due to his TV show.

Lives together with Nina, his assistant on Schmeckt nicht gibt's nicht (2003).
