He got his nickname while playing in his very first Las Vegas tournament, when he beat the legendary Men "The Master" Nguyen. Nguyen likened the threat posed by Ulliot that of a poisonous fish that can be deadly to eat if not perfectly prepared.

Owns a jewelers's shop in his hometown of Hull.
