Biography

Alison Cronin was born in September 1966 in San Diego, California, USA. She is known for Monkey Life (2007), Monkey Business (1998) and Animals in Love (2015). She was previously married to Jim Cronin.

She has a doctorate of philosophy in anthropology from Cambridge University.

She and her husband, Jim Cronin, were both awarded M.B.E. (Member of the Order of the British Empire) in 2006 for their services to animal welfare.
