- Heloise Chung is a first-gen Korean-American screenwriter, director, and creative director. Born in Seoul and adopted into a military family, she spent her childhood moving from one air force base to another. At Indiana University, she studied environmental science and photography and discovered her love of filmmaking with the purchase of a Super 8 camera.
Heloise's characters inhabit perilous worlds that force them to face their fears so they can realize their true, ever capable selves. Her short films have been screened in NYC and Los Angeles, winning awards, and placing her in several mentorship programs.
She's based in Los Angeles.
