[on the Pavilion on Fire Island] So many memories...yes, dancing till the sun came up; yes, sharing drinks and laughs with lifelong friends; yes, and more often these days, making sure I left Linda's Lounge early enough so that I could get home and cook dinner for my house mates. These were not just physical buildings, but places where we celebrated, rejoiced, loved, sometimes mourned and always felt safe.
