Marc Buhrig serves as founder and owner of Castaway Investments, a diversified holding company with investments spanning commercial and residential real estate, fitness, aviation, fine art, energy, ranching, conservation breeding and film production.
The English-born son of a South Florida treasurer hunter, Marc is a serial entrepreneur with salt in his veins, serving as both innovator and investor for a broad range of projects, deploying his passions for architecture, art, design and luxury travel to turn good ideas into even better reality. After graduating from the University of Miami, Marc left his job in health care to lead a dynamic family office incubator, developing investment platforms in everything from mobile learning to security to marine automation.
