Streaming Stars, Then and Now

Ion Iliescu was born on 3 March 1930 in Oltenita, Romania. He was an actor, known for Medalia de onoare (2009), Piata Universitatii - Romania (1991) and Vremya (1968). He was married to Nina Serbanescu. He died on 5 August 2025 in Bucharest, Romania.

He was president of Romania during its transition to democracy from communism, but was later accused of crimes against humanity for his part in the violent revolt that overthrew dictator Nicolae Ceausescu.
