Stanislav Koychev

Stanislav Koychev, professionally known as Stan, is a Bulgarian actor, voice actor, writer and one of Bulgaria's most popular digital content creators. Born in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, he began creating comedy and character-driven videos in 2013, building a large and loyal audience across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. His distinctive comedic performances and ability to create memorable characters have made him a recognizable figure in Bulgarian popular culture. Koychev's success as a content creator has increasingly led to opportunities in film, television and other screen productions, allowing him to transition his digital performance experience into professional acting. He made his professional voice-acting debut in 2017 as the Bulgarian voice of Gene, the lead character in Sony Pictures Animation's The Emoji Movie, originally voiced by T.J. Miller.
