Donna is an only daughter and heir to Rowe Financial Holdings. Her family is financially successful and well established in the Philippines. Her father is a native of Chicago, Illinois. The Rowes have established the Rowe Family Trust contributing a significant amount to various organizations.
Donna is of mixed descent with a blend of Filipino, Spanish, Italian, Caucasian American. This unique blend affords her an advantage to portray different roles of various ethnicities as an actor.
She lived partly in the U.S. from infancy to 5 years old. However, she's born and raised in the Philippines and educated in a private school system exclusive for girls all through out grade school as well as high school.
Both her parents live together in the Philippines. The family assets include real estate holdings in various parts of the country. Their recent addition has been the acquisition of beach property in the magnificent Island of Boracay. Boracay is said to be the number one tourist destination in the Philippines, often frequented by high profile stars and dignitaries alike from all over the world. It is also home to famous boxing champion Manny Pacquiao as well as many other celebrities.
Donna Rowe, a debutante, accustomed to a privileged lifestyle, felt that she had a calling in life to help others. She also yearned for her independence and decided to go back to America. Donna became a Registered Nurse. "Helping the needy makes me feel happy and fulfilled", says Donna. Although having studied business, nursing has enabled her to educate and care for others and to give back to the community. As a humanitarian, Donna has a much greater vision of reaching out to others on a larger scale.
Besides being a Registered Nurse, she is also a self taught graphic artist, actress, model, host, producer and writer. Recently, Donna formed her own production company. Current projects include production/ development of radio, reality television shows, webisodes, and celebrity magazines.
Donna Rowe has a strong background in performing leadership functions of governance and decision making within large organizations which include processing various management tasks such as planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. Creating a reality television show that is designed as a global franchise is the brainchild of Donna Rowe.
