- Tugba Özay was born on February 10, 1978 in Istanbul, Turkey. She is an actress, known for Bordo Bereliler Suriye (2017), Laz Kit (2020) and Elim Sende (2018).
- She pursued her modeling career in Paris for a brief period in 1996 but later chose to concentrate on a more Turkey-oriented career.
- Although more focused in the beginning towards sailing and swimming for full-time sports activities, she later switched to volleyball and played in the principal team of the top Turkish club of Fenerbahçe. Tugba is also an accomplished motorcycle rider.
