Biography

Emilio Flores is a Mexican filmmaker based in Los Angeles, CA. A recent graduate of the New York Film Academy with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Filmmaking, he works across directing, writing, producing, and editing. Developing his slate through his production company, Alt+Sin Films.

His work spans short films and music videos shot across the United States, Mexico, and Australia, with his films exploring solitude, identity, and the existential questions that don’t have easy answers. He approaches cinema less as a medium for storytelling and more as a conversation, using horror and drama to investigate what it means to exist, to belong, and to disappear.
