- Clem completed a 12 month drama course at The Victorian College of the Arts (Tutors included Glenda Linscott, Kerreen Ely-Harper and David Symons). He has also completed various courses at The Rehearsal Room with Richard Sarell and Chris Langman, Salmac "Acting up Masterclasses" with Sally McLean and various NIDA short courses with tutors including Kim Krejus.
- He is a qualified electronics technician, has a degree in business and a masters degree in management/IT.
- Clem has also attended John Orcsik - The Australian Film & Television Academy where he has taken lessons with Shane Connor, general American dialect lessons with David Man and attended workshops run by Gregory Apps, Samantha Strauss and Louise Mitchell.
