After beginning his career in television production, Jamie earned a place inside some of the entertainment industry's most accomplished writers' rooms, where he contributed to the creative development of acclaimed series including 9-1-1, Ratched, and American Horror Story. Working alongside Emmy Award-winning writers, producers, and showrunners, including creative teams led by Ryan Murphy and Tim Minear, he developed his storytelling voice within some of television's most respected creative environments. There, he gained firsthand experience in every stage of the writing process, from breaking stories and refining character arcs to supporting the development of season-long narratives. His tenure as a Writers' Assistant and Script Coordinator on 9-1-1 provided an immersive foundation in the craft of serialized television, strengthening the collaborative instincts, narrative discipline, and creative problem-solving that continue to define his work today.
