Tyler Fortin was born on August 22, 1974 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He is an actor, known for Comedy Club (2000), Smudge (1997) and Comedy Night in Canada (2003).

Performed Stand Up Comedy at the 2004 VSA Arts Japan Festival in Osaka Japan.

Performed Stand Up Comedy at the 2004 International VSA arts Festival in Washington DC.

Won the Media Access Office's Norman G. Brooks Comedy Competition for Stand Up Comedians with Disabilities in 2001 at the Laugh Factory in Hollywood.
