- Published a trilogy of underground novels known as "The Audrey Green Chronicles." These sold several thousand copies and became a local sensation in Chicago, leading him to his first agent and several feature articles in the local press. The books remain unsold to mainstream publishers, having notoriously started many fights in New York between adoring editors and doubtful marketers.

- Ultimately, I like to entertain. I want people to enjoy my work. I may be a bit confrontational or abstract, or both, but in the end it's about providing an experience that people enjoy and want to revisit.
