He is known for his roles in Michael Bates films, especially in 'Etcetera in Paper Jam' (1993) and 'The Projectionist' (2003), two short films made in stop motion with live actors. He also made various appearances as a magician in movies and documentaries, and was a puppeteer for the Australian sci-fi TV show 'Farscape' from 1999 to 2004.
