In the late 1980s and early '90s, he was one of the hosts of "Straight Talk," San Francisco's gay cable access show. He also regularly appeared as as Guiseppe Fandango on the weekly children's series "Mr. Steve's & Wee-Wee's Playhouse." Both aired on Viacom Channel 25.
