Herb Dean was born on September 30, 1970 in Pasadena, California, USA. He is an actor, known for Here Comes the Boom (2012), The Divine Fury (2019) and Beast (2026).

Dean has won Fighters Only Magazine's World MMA Awards Referee of the Year in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. Dean, however, missed out on the award in 2015 to "Big" John McCarthy for the first time since the category was introduced.
