Matt Efsic was born in Columbus, OH and attended the University of Texas at Austin's School of
Communications, majoring in Radio-TV-Film. He was an unpaid/uncredited pre-production PA/Runner on "Lonesome Dove" and an uncredited extra on "Windtalkers".
He attended Brooks Institute of Photography, where he completed his BA in Film Production in 2007.
