Marek Budzynski is an award-winning director, editor and producer known for his feature The Turtle and the Sea (2014), Marek's career spans 40 years working in the UK and internationally on features, shorts, fiction, documentaries, animation, artists films, music videos and commercials. Marek's films have won prizes at International Film Festivals and Art Galleries. His work has been screened worldwide, including Berlinale, Edinburgh, Melbourne and Calcutta Film Festivals. It has also been shown in art galleries including Tate Modern, Tate Britain, MoMA, and Guggenheim Bilbao. Broadcast credits include BBC One, BBC Two, Channel 4, ITV, ZDF Germany, SFB Germany, TG4 Ireland, M6 Paris, ARTE, RTE and MTV. Marek's work is also in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
