Calum White
Calum White is a Scottish entrepreneur, business executive and the Founder and CEO of White & Co Real Estate, one of Dubai’s fastest-growing real estate brokerage firms.
White began his career in Dubai as a leasing broker before launching White & Co Group in January 2021. Under his leadership, the company rapidly scaled to become the largest "western" brokerage business in Dubai, employing over 650 staff and achieving a reported £63 million turnover in 2025.
White has been widely recognized in UK and Middle Eastern media for his role in transforming Dubai’s real estate brokerage landscape.
