- Was a former MDA Poster Child for both Northwest Ohio and the State of Ohio which allowed Dominick the ability to perform on television and on the radio. (1990-1993)
- Has over 12 years of classical voice training.
- Studies voice with Lee Merrill Hapner.
- Attends Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
- Attending the University of Michigan-Flint to finish his BA in Theatre. (October 2009)
- Currently living in Michigan with girlfriend, Ashtyn, and son, Robert. (May 2005)
- In the Motion Pictures Program at Wright State University. (August 2010)
- Has a degenerative muscle disease, Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type III and has used a wheelchair to get around since he was 16.
- Received his BFA in Film from Wright State in 2014.
