Tom Costello was born in Birmingham, Alabama, USA. Tom is an actor and producer, known for Bosch: Legacy (2022), Colin in Black & White (2021) and NCIS (2003).

Nominated as Best Supporting Actor for the role of Kippy in "Take Me Out" at the Celebration Theatre by the LA Weekly Theater Awards.

Winner LA Weekly Theater Award for Best Supporting Actor for "Take Me Out" at the Celebration Theater (April 2011).

Assumed role of Trofimov in the Mark Taper Forum's production of "The Cherry Orchard", featuring Annette Bening, Sarah Paulson, and Alfred Molina after principal actor took ill.
