Arunangshu Banerjee is an Indian lyricist, filmmaker, and multidisciplinary creative professional known for his work in AI-driven music videos and narrative visual storytelling. He writes songs in Bengali, Hindi, and English, with a focus on emotionally layered themes and contemporary expression.
His debut commercial release, Shesh Cigarette, was composed and performed by Rahul Majumdar, while his Hindi/Urdu single Ghaflat explores the quiet disintegration of a relationship.
Alongside his work as a lyricist, Banerjee directs, writes, and edits music videos - particularly in the emerging space of AI-assisted filmmaking-blending storytelling with new visual technologies. His work emphasizes mood, narrative continuity, and experimental visual language.
As an actor, he portrayed the ghost in the short film Ashte - The Stench. He has also contributed to short films as an assistant director, Foley artist, and poster designer.
