Laith Wali

Laith Wali is an Iraqi-American photographer and actor based in Oklahoma. Since beginning his photography career in 2020, he has worked as a still photographer and behind-the-scenes (BTS) photographer, documenting productions, events, and creative projects. While experienced in a variety of photography settings, he specializes in concert photography, capturing the energy and atmosphere of live performances. He shares his work and ongoing projects through his photography platform, @picsbywali.
In addition to his photography work, Wali has appeared as an actor and performed stunts in a few SAG-AFTRA productions as well as several independent and locally produced short films. His experience both behind and in front of the camera provides him with a unique perspective on visual storytelling and the filmmaking process. He continues to pursue opportunities in photography and acting while expanding his creative portfolio throughout Oklahoma.
