Biography

Kathryn Peacock is an Irish-born, Australia-raised freelance creative director and multimedia professional known for her dynamic approach to visual storytelling and independent production. Since founding her freelance practice in April 2022, she has led end-to-end creative projects across film, digital media, and audio, delivering work that aligns closely with client vision, brand identity, and strategic intent. Through her business, Pea-InAPodProductions, Kathryn provides a diverse range of services including voice-over performance, photography, video and audio editing, and scriptwriting, all underpinned by a strong creative direction and attention to detail.

Kathryn’s experience spans both independent and industry-level productions. She worked as an Art Department Assistant with Warner Bros in Oxenford, where she supported television production projects by coordinating department activities, preparing and reviewing artwork, organizing props, and collaborating with producers and directors to enhance visual storytelling. Her film credits include contributing to How to Make Gravy (2024) as an art department assistant, as well as on-screen roles in Spit (2025) and The Girl Behind the Screen.

Earlier in her career, Kathryn served as a Creative Lead from 2018 to 2020, co-directing and producing two fan-made radio drama series that amassed over 90,000 views on YouTube. She oversaw all aspects of production, from script development and storyboarding to final delivery, demonstrating a consistent ability to manage complex creative workflows and produce engaging content.

In addition to her professional work, Kathryn is recognized for creating and leading several online community web series, including Shadows of Corruption, The Darkest Dawn, and Amore Cristallo. Her commitment to excellence was formally acknowledged in 2024 when she received the Jed Cahill Award for Academic Excellence at TAFE Queensland.
