Biography

Louis Bernard was born in 1937 in Montréal, Québec, Canada.

During the autumn of 2005, he attempt to the Parti Quebecois leadership ride, and finish in fourth place with 5% of the vote.

He was a mandarin under the Quebec province governments of Lesage, Johnson, Bertrand, Bourassa, and Levesque, from 1964 to 1987.
