He was also the lead writer on Medici: Masters of Florence Season 3 (Netflix) and Strike Back Seasons 4&5 (Sky One/HBO Cinemax)
He has also written on Hijack (Apple), Dangerous Liaisons (Lionsgate), Hotel Costiera (Amazon), Musketeers (BBC), Wallander (BBC), Spooks (BBC) Sinbad (Sky One) and The Fixer (ITV)
Before writing for film and television James was a ministerial advisor/speech-writer and served in New Delhi as a diplomat.
