Biography

Ene Järvis was born on October 26, 1947 in Kiidjärve, Põlvamaa, Estonia. She was an actress, known for Keskea rõõmud (1987), Love Is Blind (2013) and Demons (2012). She was married to Vello Janson. She died on June 24, 2025 in Estonia.

Worked as an actor at the Tallinn City Theatre from 1970 to 2009. She has since been a freelancer.

Graduated from Põlva Secondary School in 1966 and the Department of Performing Arts of the Tallinn State Conservatory (4th year) in 1970.

Father Paul Jarvis, mother Amanda Elfriede.

Has two older sisters and an older brother named Eimar almost fourteen years her senior, and a younger sister.

Ene Järvis was an Estonian stage, film, radio, and television actress.
